Company Events

Families aren’t complete without cookouts and birthdays, day-trips, and making memories together! Ours is no different! Each year we throw several company-wide events to show appreciation for our team! Some of which include:

King's Dominion Family Day

Each September we gather our employees and their families for a fun day at King’s Dominion! We purchase their tickets and provide them with a lunch in the park’s pavilion. We say a few words, give out some raffle prizes and ride the rollercoasters till they shut the place down! 

Holiday Parties

From our Ugly Sweater Challenge and Halloween Costume Party, we do holidays right! We even include the children! That's right...every employee's child is invited to our Annual Children's Christmas party hosted at Funland in Fredericksburg, VA.

Sports Kickoffs

We love sports! Whether it’s our March Madness cookout and kick-off in our parking lot, or the Nationals Opening Day celebration, if there’s a sports event to celebrate, we’re on it!

Employee Celebrations

Employee recognition is extremely important to us. We celebrate monumental work anniversaries, birthdays, and employee achievements.

Company-Wide Annual Meeting

This meeting is held at the start of each new year. We serve our employees breakfast and go over all that we’ve accomplished together in the previous year. Our employees are recognized and celebrated for their achievements in team settings and individually. We hold a raffle and give out prizes, paid time off, and even vacations to the Caribbean and anyone could win! This is one event that each employee looks forward to all year round! 
Ready To Join The Fun

Department Events

Our departments all like to have a bit of fun! Each department is unique and brings something exceptional to the company as a whole. Debarment events vary each year, from basketball tournaments in the warehouse, to cookie exchanges in the call center. They all find a way to bring their own family touch! 

Our annual Technician Breakfast during the Christmas holidays is a favorite! Our managers, decked out in Santa and elf hats, serve a hearty breakfast to our technicians each morning for a week! We love traditions like this one, and are constantly adding new reasons to enjoy a good work/life balance!
